Do I need to know anything about PC parts?
No. Tell me what you'll use the PC for, your budget in Rand and the look you prefer, and I'll handle the parts selection and explain the trade-offs in plain language.
Is there a fee for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. You only pay once you've approved a spec and want the parts ordered.
Where do you deliver?
Builds are for customers in South Africa only. You can collect in Cape Town or have the PC sent by insured courier anywhere in the country.
Can I change the spec after I get the quote?
Yes. Ask questions, swap parts or move the budget up or down — we iterate until it's right, then you approve and pay.
How long does a build take?
Turnaround depends on parts availability and the current queue. Typical timeframe: TODO_CONFIRM: build turnaround. I'll give you a realistic date when you approve the spec.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — parts and workmanship are covered. Coverage period: TODO_CONFIRM: warranty period. Individual components also carry their manufacturers' warranties.
